p>2007年CLSI一项重要更新内容：增加或删除许多药物之间的“or”。删除“or”,表示几个药物有相似性，但是药敏结果不能相互扩展或延伸。
比如：2007年CLSI中 肠球菌如果对青霉素结果为“S”，不能延伸到氨苄西林结果也为"S"。这在以前是可以相互推断的。
