个人理解切口是由于医疗行为导致的，比如手术切口，伤口可以是医疗行为导致的，也可以由其他行为导致，比如损伤等

In surgery, a surgicalincision is a cut made through the skin and soft tissue to facilitate an operation or procedure. Often, multiple incisions are possible for an operation. In general, a surgical incision is made as small and unobtrusive as possible to facilitate safe and timely operating conditions.

切口可能更多是和手术有关的吧，比如术后切口感染（表浅、深部等），而伤口的话可能更侧重于外力创伤所致，在感染诊断中，伤口更多的是属于皮肤软组织感染而非切口感染哦
